Mountain View Country Club is a family friendly club founded in 1898 in beautiful Greensboro in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. We are a non-profit social and recreational club that offers guest and visitor playing privileges and welcomes new members.
The club features seven clay tennis courts that are among the finest in the area, as well as a challenging par 35, 2,816-yard, nine-hole golf course that hugs the contours of our hillside location and offers spectacular views of Mount Mansfield and Caspian Lake.
From mid-May through foliage season you will find informality and easy access to courts and course. As a family club, Mountain View encourages young members to participate in round robins, game nights, and holiday picnics. July and August are busy with Club activities, and the Thursday Men’s Day, Tuesday night Men’s League and Women’s Day events are popular.
There are handicap tournaments, a club championship in golf, and tennis tournaments for all ages. Laura Laramee and Steve Rogers, PGA Professional, offer lessons and clinics in tennis and golf respectively. We welcome visitors. Call ahead to confirm times for golf or tennis. Rates are published on the Fees page. Call our pro shop at (802) 533-7477 for more information.
