Greensboro’s Mountain View Country Club is a family friendly club founded in 1898 in beautiful Greensboro, Vermont. We are a non-profit social and recreational club that welcomes new members but also offers guest and visitor playing privileges. MVCC features a challenging, “links style,” par 35, 2,816-yard, nine hole golf course and seven clay tennis courts that are reputedly the best in the area.
From mid-May through foliage season you will find informality and easy access to courts and course. As a family club, Mountain View encourages young members to participate in round robins, game nights, and holiday picnics. July and August are busy with Club activities, and the Thursday Men’s Day, Tuesday night Men’s League and Women’s Day events are popular.
There are handicap tournaments, a club championship in golf, and tennis tournaments for all ages. Laura Laramee and Jim Dayton, PGA Professional, offer lessons and clinics in tennis and golf respectively. We welcome visitors. Call ahead to confirm times for golf or tennis. Rates are published on the Fees page. Call our pro shop at ( for more information.
While we welcome visitors to play and experience MVCC, we also invite new full member applications. Mountain View Country Club has offered a unique golf, tennis and social experience in Greensboro for generations. Visit the Membership page to learn more.
